My working principles:

• Communicative method of teaching by the usage of language, individual aspects of speaker (student), balance of 4 basic aspects (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
• Czech is the way and the aimed form of communication- mainly teaching without any mediate language
• Focus not on grammar-based teaching, but teaching via situations, old knowledge in new context
• Student will reach wide range of communicative skills, knowledge and sociocultural knowledge as well
• Stimulative and patient approach considering the individual needs of the student
• Entertaining lessons, lively, creative and enthusiastic teacher

My approach to teaching and learning is highly inspired by Active Learning.
My way of teaching involves my students to the process of learning, so that they are active participants.

I try to use lively and natural ways of learning and teaching (pictures, role-play, situation acting, drama, real live topics discussions, cooperative activities, project learning, learning by teaching, games).

My priority is the achievement of useful and “real life” communicative and social skills and knowledge.

My manner of teaching and approach to students is inspired by O.Hausenblas and lecture of the critical thinking and Active Learning and I am strongly inspired by the teaching style of M. Zídek (Akcent International House Prague)
